we're talking about writing more tickets. People who drive like idiots drive much safer when a marked unit is around.

That's interesting, since the Belt is consistently going around 10 mph and most of the road is not safe to drive over 55 mph. That's one road that anyone going over the speed limit is really endangering themselves and others around them.
