It's like the old supreme court discussion relative to the definition of pornography, I don't know how to exactly define it but I know it when I see it.

I don't think any sane taxpayer would argue that police salariesand others need to come down to sustainable levels. When you have college grads going into police work because the pay is better, maybe it's time to change the salary structure on the next contract.

Your local library should have a bunch of study guides on police tests, but the questions are pretty basic. The study guide you'll receive this month should be sufficient enough to give you an idea of the questions they ask.

On the exam:
-They'll give you some maps and you'll have to choose with option is the quickest route from point A to point B
-some reading comprehension questions
-a drawing of a person or vehicle and you have choose which option is most likely the same person/vehicle.


half of the test is psychological:
-which option best describes you: A or B
-Are you Most to Least Likely questions

Maybe the best way to answer those questions would be to do the George Costanza method: just give the answer that you are most likely NOT. (J/K people!)
