Looking for info for my mom on housing developments in Nassau county. She is currently living with me in Massapequa. She is willing to rent in area's to better her chance of getting into a senior housing development like Sunnydale in Bethpage, Cedar Cove in Seaford or The Knolls in East Meadow or any similar. She has about $165,000 to spend and is depending on the subsidized maintenance and tax. Does she have to live in the developments school district? How many apartments are available? How long of a wait? etc...?
