Just bought a truck, so we're not going to overextend. Keeping up the search, but unless we find a smoking deal (found a home in the MP with RPSD but they want too much for now) we're going to sit on our house and keep pumping up the principal payments. If we keep out current pace we'll be done in 7 years, 16 years early! Just looking to refi to save some, but I want to run the numbers to see the savings.

Patchogue now. Vette stays, thats why we got a truck instead of a van. I need to tow it to the track and back.

It is, but we're closer to the highway so its a bit noisy and we are outdoor people. The village has some great places to grab some food.

If you're considering Pat with Bayport BP schools and MP with RP schools (both very viable options IMO), why not Center / East Moriches?
