anyone have a tool neighbor who year in year out lets his leaves rain down on the lawn and lets it blow down the block? Here is a bit of advice if this is you....pick them up no one cares if you work 100 jobs or work at night or some other lame excuse. do your share especially if your specimen is the only large tree on the street. guess where the leaves are coming from. And dont be confused when you pull up and other residents of the block give the old fashion wave.......people cant stand you laziness. and curse you behind your back

Leaves are still falling.
Some of us aren't thrilled to hear you idiots with the leaf blowers blaring at 8am every Saturday morning while most of the leaves are still in the trees.

Default No

Why wouldnt you care if the guy had 100 jobs and works night as well.... I dont think that characterizes lazy just because he didnt clean his front lawn.... Maybe he is working those jobs so he can keep his house,, or support his family... Noone cares is why he has an issue and why you have an issue.. because noone cares anymore and why should they

Maybe what you should do is go out there and rake his lawn for him... maybe that would show some kind of community spirit to the rest of your neighbors who are cursing someone for something so silly.

Maybe your the type of person that mutters vulgarities about a disabled person because they are moving too slow...

I rake em up at least once a week and it doesn't matter if the neighbor does the same or more ....they still accumulate. At times, I just want to give up

They still fall and as annoying as it may be, there is nothing you can do about it!

Instead of coming online to tell us, why not talk to him and share your concerns?

wrong............same lazy person in same house year after year............just rude. when the dude can start his blower to blow them off of his car or porch and drive away to get his car washed he could just keep going and finish the job..........

because he , like most long islanders would take offense to that. the days of discussing things with neighbors has long gone. what part of mayberry do you live in where you can openly talk to your neighbor about things.

Are you kidding DMAN?? They are just leaves?? How dare you.... I heard of a guy who was walking and a leaf flew off a tree and landed on his face blinding him.... He then walked into a fence which fell over, and allowed 3 guard dogs which were being held back, loose upon him.... as he ran, a car hit him tossing im into a garbage can which was filled with dirty diapers.... Sadly this guy is no longer with us today....

must be me.... sorry, but I'm not cleaning up 1 leaf until they're all off the trees. I've got too many to worry about keeping my lawn pristine, it will be covered by the next day.

once they're down, I'll pick them up, until then, I've got better things to do.
