Ive seen tons of people at the 231/Sunrise Highway overpass in West Islip over the past several years. I remember seeing a good 30-40 people at the same time there after one of the storms last year.

Used to be west side of Bald Hill till condos went up. I think people still use the east side.

i have heard of people going to bethpage state park-we go to the high school which has hilly fields by it-

Heritage Park in Mt Sinai, off 25a. Safe for younger kids, mine are 6 and 8 and we go there every time it snows, today!!!!

So many better spots in the area but I'm not giving mine up.




I've heard that RP Golf course has some fun sledding.
