hi

i was looking for information on coventry manor. i was thinking about buying a condo in the "newer" section. they do not have central air, i was wondering if there is any rules that would prohibit me to put a central air conditioning outside on my porch.

I have a friend who lives on Fieldstone ct but that's in the old development. She says there are no rules against adding Central Air. In fact all the older units have Central Air. BTW it's a nice development. 95% of the townhouses are owner occupied but it's in the Longwood SD. Good luck!
