You'd have to go way out east for hunting. Too many people for hunting to be safe further west

If the Island doesn't have coyotes yet it's likely they soon will.

You can hunt on state approved lands with a permit and on private lands with owner permission. I don't consider Ridge to be way out east.

They have them on the island. Personally, I think they should be eradicated, they are not that cute in person and are a danger to young kids.

I heard the fabled Snooki was spotted in Port Jefferson. I have no pictures or links, and I'm sure someone will demand a dissertation as proof. But, I read it on the interwebz so it must be true

hunting is allowed in suffolk ...feeding deer anytime is ILLEGAL ..hunting over bait is ILLEGAL ...there are NO coyotes in nassau or suffolk ...they have been seen in bronx,manhattan in NYC.... not sure on brooklyn or staten island ...they migrated down from westchester county ...

Two fox's have been seen in my area(medford), Also include wild turkeys. I have sen them in some areas of dix hills.
