Hello City-Data Forum Members,

My question is do any banks, such as Bank of America, Chase or TD Bank, offer full benefits to part time employees such as part time bank tellers.

I been trying to find this answer by searching on banks website careers section but I have not come across any definitive answers. The location I am looking to work is Long Island, NY.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

aquavc

Hmmm...I use to work part-time for Citizens Bank (Royal Bank of Scotland, Citizen's Financial Group, also known as Charter One in some states and Citizens Bank in other states).

I didn't take any benefits because my husband has them, but if I remember correctly, full benefits were available to part-time employees. Actually, now that I think about it, I did take vision and dental benefits. I don't believe I had to pay extra either.

I'm pretty sure they have a presence in Long Island...but I don't think there are many branches out that way.

HTH!

Thanks Sweetpea,

I did not know that Citizen's Bank offered benefits to part time employees. I actually searched their career site and will continue but I have not yet found a position for a part time teller in the long island area.
