Moving into b-section of stony brook. Is the b-section a good neighborhood for a young family? How does it comare to the rest of the alphabet neighborhoods?

IMO Id rank them as follows.

I believe they call it a gladstone colonial, saw a few for sale in the s-section and that is the way they were advertising them. Typical center hall colonial 4 beds 2.5 baths. We've been very happy so far, closed last month and just moved in.

We had one too.Then we downsized to the Devon ranch

Only bugaboo is the water main in the Boiler Room. You have to crack the floor to get to it.
