i live in between the baybright lombardy area some renters who dont take care of their property but ovverall its a very nice community people of all ages and a little beach with the most beautiful sunsets best part of shirley in my opinion better then the estates =)

Arpage is right near me - it's not bad, but I would strongly consider looking into other areas away from Shirley/Mastic. There are other affordable towns that arent so far out - and arent a black hole to buy in. (house prices never seem to go up around here when comparing to the rest of the region)
