considering relocating back to LI. I pay $135/mo for tae kwon do, can go as many times a week as my son wants, pay $35 for each belt test and there is no contract.
I am worried it's going to be A LOT more on LI.
so, maybe somewhere mid-island... any idea what i'd pay?
You're moving back to Long Island and your biggest economic worry is the cost of Tae Kwon Do? If that is the case I wouldn't worry about it too much.
lol not my biggest economic concern but i am trying to figure if we can budget in the extras the kids are involved in some great stuff here that i could never afford on LI and I would hate to move them back and then take their sports/dance away, ya know?
The dojo by me is packed every time I go by there. I will take a look and ask. You can probably call them too:
L.I. Champions Taekwondo Inc.

ps- it's in Massapequa Park, not sure why google lists it as Massapequa.
God forbid children not have their organized, for profit, athletic activities. What ever happened to telling johnie to go out and play...oh wait, this is the island of play dates now
You just left last summer....how much could it have changed?
Maybe you should have cancelled the closing on your house that occurred just 2 weeks ago?
why? we are thrilled we sold! we weren't going to stay in that house anymore no matter what. we bought at a great time and did well when we sold. Now after a year trying something different we are considering our options. Nice to have options
i have no idea what TKD costs on LI. 6 years ago I looked into a Karate program and i have a vague memory of the costs.
Thanks for the help though buddy
