Roosevelt? Not completely sure but, You can't leave it on the street. Park it in your driveway and you most likely won't have any problems

The Town of Hempstead Code states:

202-64:
It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for owner or driver to park or leave standing any bus, commercial vehicle, house coach, livery vehicle, omnibus, school bus, semitrailer, taxicab, tractor, trailer or truck on any street, roadway or public highway within the Town of Hempstead between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of any day.
