So what's the area I'm thinking of with the railroad bisecting it and the constant gang issues/giunfire? Wyandanch?

Clearly a ghetto despite being a complete White out.In fact I just dodged a bullet from a Crips drive by to answer this post.I'm not sure what this says for the rest of racist LI but you know I always appreciate good trolling.

Yes LIC Centereach and Selden are exactly like New Cassel.

Were actually selling to get away from it all and moving to scenic North Bellport.

Yes, thats Wyandanch! Huge Difference

(The only thing Wyandanch and Wheatley Heights have in common is that they are majority black and the zip code)

Would that be occurring in all of Rocky Point or in a particular neighborhood in Rocky Point?

You mean with the club? Yes, I agree Zilla and were really glad to see it behind us, but blaming Rocky Point for the violent (and subsequent) closure of Club Oxygen would be like blaming Plainview for the violent closure of the Vanderbilt.

Faulting a community with a Downtown(aka Bars/Clubs) for having slightly higher rates of crime and DUIs seems like faulty logic to me but maybe I'm wrong.Perhaps we stack up worse than Port Jeff or even a community without a Downtown like Farmingville or Shirley.Either way I'm pretty sure most would agree that Rocky Point isn't "the Hood".

Just sayin'
