Just learned that they are open. It's not next to Gas light, it's on the corner of Sunrise highway and Straight Path. They're in the old Rite Aid... err... Pollo Comparo location (they had that big indoor playground in the front window). They closed about a year ago. That location is literally blocks from Copiague.

YES my mistake i got the wrong address. Popeye's is indeed better then KFC so let the chicken wars begin in Copiegue! Walter would you like to correct us with the exact location?

KFC used to be so much better and then starting around the time they were brought out by YUM Brands! the food quality went downhill big time.
- I order crispy chicken strips ... and they arent even CRISPY.
- Some locations I will ask for BBQ sauce on the side and they won't have any, or they will only give me 1 or 2 little containers.
- I ask for the combo which includes a drink and 2 side dishes and they they tell me that the drink costs extra. HELLO look at the picture on your own menu! It has meal + soda + 2 sides.
- The soda machines are ALWAYS empty at KFC locations ... especially the North Babylon location on DPA.
Even McDonald's chicken strips are better than KFCs.
