You haven't seen ugly until you've seen a Levitt Ranch that's been stucco'ed. Except there wasn't not enough money to do the whole house, so the sides are still the older siding in a different color.

You mean, Fucco'ed!

Not long ago, I drove past a split-level that had been fucco'ed -- just the front, as you described, with the old, graying cement shingles still on the sides and in the back. What was bad was that it was a corner house. What was even worse was that the fucco was not of a "traditional" hue. It was light blue, with dark, almost royal blue, trimwork.

Their neighbors must love them.

NICE! Did it have white wrought iron and a "Mary on a half shell" out in front? Gouma Joe and friends, please remodel my house, too.

Baaaa humbug, people usually pick on spelling when they are out of bullets. I admit I didn’t stay in college (I couldn’t stomach all those Berkley type professors)
I was to busy getting a real "edumacation" in the real world.
...I can take a Network TV studio apart and put it back together without 1 schematic or flow chart can you ?

One of my friends wanted to fucco her split level. I cringed, but said nothing. Ugly.

Sometimes, if done properly, it could be nice. Many houses in Malba are huge and stucco, but they look quite impressive...like Italy/mediterranean looking. Generally, though, not too good.

You have no idea what I'm able to do. The real world is where I come from, 'tard.
