Update- Thanks everyone for all the advice.

My hubby spoke with this guy, and had his friend who is a police officer go over to speak with him as well.

I do notice he seems to be keeping to himself, so I hope he keeps it like that. I will be out of the house back to work on the 1st of the August. My daughter will be home so I plan on coming home at lunch so he will not know my schedule.
