From Newsday Mobile for all to read:

Cops: Man stole Selden drugstore meds
Search Result item

Quote:
Suffolk County police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man in a distinctive pink polo shirt who stole medications off the shelf of a Selden drugstore and stuffed them in a gold-colored bag.
FYI: the pic is cropped in the Newsday Mobile edition and does not show the big gold purse. For those of you that have regular Newsday access, look at the pic that includes the big gold purse here:

Looks more like one of those giant gift bags than a purse. Love the pink shirt though.

He gifted himself with lots of RiteAid's stuff!

Somebody who knows him has got to rat him out!

Of course Newsday will not identify him as a black man in a pink shirt. The pink shirt, after all, is much more PC than his ethnicity.

I'm surprised they showed his head and you could tell he was black. Looks like someone made an error and didn't crop that out. How "un-PC" of them!

Yep, look at this perfect example of this PC nonsense below about a Farmingdale robbery yesterday: (sorry if I'm going OT here)

PC version - Long Island Item

Real version (w/race included) - Man Robbed at Gunpoint in Farmingdale - Farmingdale, NY Patch

Notice the difference?
As far as I'm concerned, newsday should be banned from reporting the news and wasting the PD's time gathering info if they're not going to properly display the FULL news. At the bottom of the 1st article, they ask anyone with information to report it to crime stoppers, yet give no description of the thugs other than they had hoodies on and one had "Black hair"! LMAO!

How do you expect anyone to provide clues, Newday, if you're constantly leaving out critical pieces of info!?!

It's a farce and the irresponsible PC nonsense by ND needs to end. I commend the Patch for reporting the full accurate story.

Don't ya just love the white washed version? Any males out there should be outraged that their gender is being targeted by Newsday!

With that outfit, I would have thought he was stealing women's shoes.
