Yes, let's do away with testing of the sewage treatment plants and testing of drinking water, bottled water from Maine or Kentucky is a great solution.

I know he was, unfortunately there are some that actually believe that clean drinking water and oceans are a luxury and an after thought.

I don't know. It seems to be ill-timed to point out smaller government wouldn't fix the problem, when big government is already failing at it. You usually want to wait for a different strategy to fail before mocking it. Especially when the opposite is currently failing.

I say let's raise up our Suffolk taxes so we can get more government to fix the sewage issue. Clearly, all they need is more money.

I wonder if Frank Petrone has read this, well, forget it, he doesn't care anyway!

Huntington is now scheduled to receive over 300 units of "affordable" housing called Avalon Bay. From what I've heard, they plan on just hooking up to the existing sewer system and according to my sources, the piping can't handle it! No plans on updating it? No, let's just keep cramming people in here.

You can improve the situation with sewers in Suffolk but they can't can't make the problem go away with money. There are several proposed developments, Pilgrim State, Mitchell Fields and some areas around the Carmans River, how these developments get past teh DEC is beyond me.
