High school bleachers. Annoyingly loud, but they get the job done.

Or, one of the taller academic buidlings at USB...SBS, Physics. I used to run them all the time as a student instead of taking elevators.

I think you ought to take a trip to Washington, DC, and use the stairs in the Washington Monument. That ought to give you a real workout.
