Old school meaning they don't also serve sushi, I hope? For whatever, possibly irrational, reason I just don't put much stock in the places that serve both.

Exactly. The waiters are still in tuxedos and many orders come with a silver dome over the plate. Very tasty food, though. Not outlandish, but not take -out prices by far.

Excuse me, Mr. O'Misinformed: Any Jew who eats in Chinese restaurants (or any other non-kosher restaurant) isn't generally too worried about going there on a Saturday -- or any other day of the week, for that matter.

Touche...I didn't mean it for strict Sabbath adherence, but more a relic from a time when more Jews strictly adhered to the Sabbath. My misake...pork fried rice all around. And Mr. O' will be there with my keg for all to share!
