Anyone else who goes there with children disappointed at the new "play area" they put up. I have to say it does look nice, but I have a 2 and a 3 year old and they don't seem to like it at all. There are no slides, bridges, tunnels, it is pretty boring stuff. I wish they would tear it down and place a traditional playground (or something new and interesting but still fun and functional for the kids). Then I could hang out on the beach and watch the kids play. The way it is, the kids don't have much to do with the stuff, and it's not just my kids I've seen other kids not really seeming to enjoy it. I loved taking them there when the old equipment was there.
