The last time I was there it was the LI Saloon, I guess I am old.

As for the Jersey Shore comment, I think they had a lot of live rock bands there.

From what I heard it will be a Canz, the guys competing with Hooters.

wasn't it called something else before it became the Donkey?

And where are all the old hair bands going to play now?

Interesting. I have never been to The Crazy Donkey, I prefer more local haunts like The Nutty Irishman or TJ Finleys ... both of which have no problem getting big crowds on the weekend. Perhaps there is more to the story?

bars/restaurants close all the time. It's a tough business...especially in this economy.
