What a gem of a neighborhood, rolling hills with peeks of the sound, took a diversion today on my way to the oyster fest, long island has some real sweet spots!

That gem of a neighborhood is a village, and is the only city, village or hamlet in either county where the community and the same-named ZIP Code postal zone are coterminous.
Imagine him walking down a street in Sea Cliff with a friend.
Friend: Wow, this town is amazing.
Walter: Yes, it's the only village where the village boundaries are coterminal with that of the postal code it's in.
