He's looking for someone to clean up his neighborhood.
If there's a vacant home there, the people actively working in those fields know about them and have passed over them for one reason or another.
I own an occupied rental in Bellport and I'm constantly getting letters from potential buyers. There's no lack of contractor / "flippers" on LI.
