Chuck Norris can pay LI taxes with the change found in his sofa.
But just because he can afford the taxes on a Levitt cape, would he actually move into one?
Would a multi-millionaire do that just to make the zombie public sector union members happy? Even more importantly, would a wealthy person dare to complain about the high taxes (even if he could scrounge for change in his sofa to pay them)? JUST PAY UP, NO COMPLAINING ALLOWED.
It seems the zombie public sector union members are getting dissatisfied with the current middle-class homeowners (as evidenced by their harping on "if you cannot afford the taxes on LI, move away, we will not miss you!").
I guess the zombie public sector union members (who receive their pensions AFTER death for all eternity) think the multi-millionaire are just clamoring to replace the "useless" middle class and move into 60-year old unimproved capes, splits and ranches just because they "can afford" to pay all the taxes the zombie public sector union members can dream of!
Chuck Norris has dropped off the radar because he is actually working with the government on a Zombie Vaccine derived from his sweat glands and nail clippings.
If you can get to FIre Island before the zombie hoardes arrive that would be my destination from Babylon. Barricading the FI inlet bridge behind you, ready access to food, shelter and boat transport.
