My favorite at Mcdonalds is their breakfast, other than the fries I have to desire to eat there or Burger king for that matter. I'd rather get a burger and fries at a good diner. LAst time I had mcdonalds was december 2010.

You must've liked it since you remembered the date. Our most memorable was Burger King in Bay Shore about 1993 when we let our daughters go into ballbounce early in morning.and they came out covered in vomit from someone else's kid from the day before. Burger King gave us a $1000 check for clothes and $200 in Burger King gift certificates. Kept the check and gave away the gift certs. For some reason they never asked to go back.

Wow Vomitt? Burger king never cleaned it out yuck! I think maybe they clean those ball pits once a year if at all. I don't Dispise Mcdonald's all together but Since Loosing weight I have no desire.

All you taste is BBQ sauce slathered heavily on some unknown part of a pig.. kinda tastes like lukewarm intestines maybe. It's f*cking disgusting. I wouldn't eat it again if they were giving them out for free. I don't get the hype around it and why people go nuts over this crap...I hope one day the mcdonalds empire crumbles.

There was a case within the last 10y from a couple of families from LI and the Bronx suing McDonald's for their obese children (Pelman vs. McDonald's, I think).

At the time, the kids were something like 11-14 years old, and all were in the neighborhood of 200 lb. It was shocking to read the transcripts and wonder about the parents and their (lack of) common sense.
The kids grew up eating McDonald's exclusively - twice a day, 5 times a week or so - for years. That was their regular diet. Imagine that! The case was dismissed ultimately. Whatever crap McDonald's serves, to me this was a case of extreme negligence, laziness and greed on the parents' side - to raise their children this way and to expose them / use them publicly to gain money at the end... I learned about the case, because one of the kids was a student here and others dug out this. Sad.

It won't kill anyone to try from time to time fast food - if I do I go with Subway or Taco Bell... but to make it a regular diet, let alone raise children that way - something's a miss.

That is very very generous of them. I would think $100 in BK money would've done the trick.

I eat at McDs frequently and my top are the same... Filet then Big Mac, BUT I never get it at full price - not worth it. Brings me to the McRib which doesnt' seem to be worthwhile either. It looks like something out of a tv dinner thrown in a bun. And believe me, I eat frozen dinners too.
