Is there anyone w/close knowledge of this school? I've seen posts on these forums about private school, in general, inflating student grades, and not adequately preparing the kids the way they should. Also hear about rapid turnover rates in teaching staff at some schools. I'm hoping to hear a better story from any of you, who know about SB School. I'm aware it's Christian oriented. Thank you.

I have one friend (an SBS alum) whose child attends and is very disappointed with the direction the school has taken as are other alumni.

Yes, I was able to see the FB page. Pretty upsetting to see such strong complaints. I wonder if there is another angle to this story, and how many students and teachers are happy there vs. those that are not.

My son's friends both attended for 10th grade as day students and switched back to the local public school. The family has gobs of money, that wasn't the issue.

Two of my daughter's friends' parents are alumni and they, too, feel strongly about the direction the school has taken and are not considering SBS (as a day school) for their children, either.

One of my neighbors was faculty and left SBS.

The administration is very inconsiderate of the surrounding neighborhood and in short is a bad neighbor. Their newest dorm was built very close to the neighboring homes causing them to lose privacy, increased noise, and general QOL issues.
