That particular IGA has Polish "ingredients" as well. When you walk into the store, go to the back; some of it is in the refrigerated section.

If you're looking for European cold cuts,
Forest Pork Store, in Huntington Station on Jericho Tpke, has great fresh meats and cold cuts! You're going to pay more than in a supermarket, but the quality is excellent and they have things you can't get elsewhere. Might be worth a trip!
