Wife and I need a loan for 107.000 on our home valued by Rogers and taylor [ 5 years ago] at 370,000
We fell behind with Citi bank due to her back to back heart surguries
and I went from bringing home 1K to about 1 to 3 hundred
She we tried to pay them the amount back owned, they refused to take payment ,because that loan officer was not in for weeks. almost a month and they said "NO" one else could take the payment.
Both of us are back working and pay the bills.
