local shop for pendant light (Huntington, Freeport: Home Depot, buying, live)

Is there a local store (apart from chains like home depot, ikea and lowes etc) where I can find a decent collection of pendant lights, you know the ones that hang over dining table ?

There are so many styles that fall into the pendant light category now. I just purchased two of them from overstock after searching everywhere locally. I couldn't find what I had in mind in the chain stores. I found a few things I loved in Revco and Suffolk county designer lighting but I didn't love the prices so I ended up buying online.
There's a big lighting store in bay shore and another in RVC that I didn't feel like traveling to, maybe you will find something there.

Not sure where you live but in Freeport on sunrise Hwy there is a lighting store call Nu-Merit and I am not sure if still around but in Lynbrookk there was Cutler lighting.

Don't know if this is your taste, but Pottery Barn has this style:

There are also a couple of lighting stores on Jericho Tpke in Huntington Station; one just West of Rte 110, the other no more than 1/2 mile East of 110 - both on the South side.
