If you do a search on MLSLI.com and put in a home search for miller place homes in the rocky point school district, you'll see all the homes they have been building on those blocks by harrison, radio, etc... I guess there was no room in the miller place district so they put the new ones in rocky point. They have been doing this for a few years but a few of those blocks like harrison and thunder break up and don't necessarily go straight through.

I have friends and family in Miller Place, they absolutely love the area, have wonderful neighbors, but feel that the high school leaves a lot to be desired. They also had complaints about the administration and how their school taxes are spent. I guess everyone has a different experience.

I wouldn't worry about the safety in MP.....it is a very nice, clean, safe town.....there have been some incidents at the Napper Tandy's bar in the past, but overall, its probably a 10/10 in terms of safety.
