True but I happen to live 12 miles from the tip of runway 22L & did my due diligence when I purchased my home. However the FAA without doing the required environmental studies as required under the National Environmental Policy Act ( NEPA) & the Clean Air Act ( including community meetings ) changed approach paths and lowered altitude.

Autoracer, Thanks for your insightful comment. We're not looking for any fame. We're just interested in having the FAA comply with all federal aviation regulations & environmental laws.

Have you thought about talking to Rep. McCarthy or the Senators about this?
