The real killer though is Unified windows now occupying the corner of Merrick and Grand. Looks terrible and that born again church on the opposite corner needs to be razed as well. Oh well!

Baldwin has come a long way. Sure it’s probably Nassau’s whipping boy but it really is pretty nice, esp in the harbor & Bay Colony. Grand Ave is not most aesthetically pleasing but Baldwin has some very nice homes & it’s a mixed bag of ppl.
