My husband and I have briefly discussed putting in a pool and we've been addressing the differences of a liner pool vs a gunite.
Does anybody know if there's a different tax implication between the two?
My husband was told by two different people that a gunite pool increases your taxes quite a bit because it's considered a permanent structure, whereas a liner doesn't increase your taxes as much. My girlfriend is telling me something different, that it makes no difference of whether it's gunite or a liner, that we can expect our taxes to go up about 1K.
Anybody know?
