yes I keep hearing that realtors do NOT give the correct tax information, especially with regard to new construction..

With regard to tax info for new construction - the builders generally give that information to Realtors and neither know exactly what that amount is going to be until all is finished and the final inspection done = final assessment.

Other tax info - well, unfortunately there are plenty of agents out there that don't bother to check with the Town to verify taxes . But also plenty who do provide accurate information...

That is Census Bureau nomenclature for the New York-Newark Urban Area, which is a sub-set of the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island, NY-NJ-PA Metropolitan Statistical Area.
