Yes there was one on Main street in Flushing also! The one in Flushing was swanky with red velvet wall paper and carpeting and Multi leveled too! The one in Richmond Hill is still there however its dinning ambiance looks more like a cheap lunchenette! And they do not serve all of the famous ice cream dishes either! Its menu is scant!

There was a Jahn's in Bensonhurst on 86th Street by the EL. The 'kitchen sink' was an incredible ice cream creation and if one person was able to finish it then Jahn's offered another one free. Never remember anyone getting to the free one. It was worth waiting in line just to get in on Friday or Saturday night. The restaurant was great and so are the memories.

It was on Hillside Avenue in Richmond Hill (where Hillside Avenue ended near Jamaica Ave) and was next to the movie theater (that turned into a bingo hall) and the German restaurant. There was also the Triangle Diner.

That area has COMPLETELY changed now... .don't know if Jahn's is still there.... not much of the "old neighborhood" is left

I LOVE Eddies Sweet Shop. Haven't been there in years, though. I guess it's time to take a trip to Queens!
