There was a book titled "Bringers of the Dawn" by Barbara Marchineik about a full scale confrontation between alien forces and govt forces over Brookhaven Lab area. available on amazon.com
Frightening stuff if true

The Camp Hero stories are also hair raising involving time travel jump seats involving the "Montauk boys", psychically gifted but unwilling participants to a black op. There was supposedly a bionic entity-robot or cyborg that caused destruction at Camp Hero, it is still guarded to this day

This info is all over the net in pieces along with disinfo to make it hard to put together what really happened.

Weirdest exploring I ever did was in High School next to the Unisys building off the LIE there was a huge fenced off plot of land with weeds everywhere, well the chain was snapped and we actually drove my dumpy car in there and lots of signs on onside said Trespassers will be shot on sight turn back, later found out Sperry which was Unsisys prior name made the gyroscopes that directed nuclear war heads in there and during cold war it was on Russia list of first launch attack sites.

Then as we were cutting back we freeking plowed into a beam sticking up and radiator fluid flew up and car almost totaled. It was remains of a building. Turns out it was site of Orginal United Nations. parts of building was still there as the UN was originally in Great Neck. So yes I crashed my car into the UN. ALso traces of vanderbilt parkway was back there at time.
