i would love to do it considering i have never been to court. but the trip is very expensive and trying to change dates will cost me over 600 for the three of us. i will mail the portion just in case even though i did it online. i must sound so paranoid but the part that says 30 days in jail scared me to death.
Nah, you will be fine. If this is your first time postponing, you don't have to furnish a reason why you want to delay. You can do it online but you usually have to do it that way up to a couple of weeks before you have to report. You can also mail it in or you can do it by phone, pretty much up to a few days before you have to report. You also have to give them a date when you are available (2-6 months later). If you wanted to postpone again, then you would have difficulty. Please don't worry about it. Go enjoy your trip.
