I watched Million Dollar Listing show and learned about how important the listing price is at the beginning. The longer the house was on the market, it lose the value. Everything is due to listing price.

Okay, I admit I do this once or twice each trip because:
1) the menu has local variations that are interesting to check out
2) it's quick

I had to replace the oven in the kitchen. There was no washer/dryer in the laundry room. The upstairs needs wall to wall carpet and paint.

Oven = $1000
Washer/dryer = $1300
Carpet = $3500

But I saved a theoretical $100k. In reality, I think I bought the house for ~$30k less then it is worth currently.

Hello Islip neighbor....Pretty sure I know which house this was.

Let me guess...kinda on a busy road and it has a tiny yard?

Yes, when we travel we enjoy local "authentic" food but also like to look in at at McDonalds and have found lots of interesting variations around the world. We've enjoyed apple & cheese pie in Mexico, veggie burgers in England, ham rolls and spaghetti in the Philippines, pasta in Italy, berry pies in Canada, rice & egg & spam "Hawaiian breakfast" in Honolulu, green tea shakes in Japan.
