Having had gas since moving into my house, I've always gotten it from National Grid. I recently converted to gas within the last year, I was under the impression National grid provided the gas but was recently told other companies provide it and that's where you save most of the money. Anyone else aware of this and any idea which company is best?

I looked into it a few years ago and did not find any real savings. Be carefull of the prices quoted, they appear to be cheap but they fail to inform you that you will still pay delivery charges to national grid as the network is oned by them.

There can be savings to large commercial users but the numbers I got did not show any real savings for a residental user.

I find it to be dirt cheap as it is. Very thankful to have them.
