I agree with NY Historian, Ginos is the best in the Massapequa area. Umbertos in Wantagh might be a slight notch above, excellent too. There are other good ones along the Riv and scattered around.
I think Larosa's is in West Hempstead actually, and it's good I agree. ?
You're right. Corner of Hempstead Tpke. and Cherry Valley Ave.
Worst attitude goes to Villa Grazia in Centereach. The employees are rude and more busy talking amongst themselves than helping customers. Every slice is "fresh out of the oven" yet cold when you start to eat it. Be prepared for very dirty looks if you ask them to put back in oven. Ever since they changed owners the place went downhill very fast.

I wonder if anyone knows, do they get NYC water over there in that part of Elmont? I'm probably mistaken, but I think I remember seeing a map where a tiny strip of businesses along the pike in Elmont (up to FS border) get NYC water..?
King Umberto's in Elmont is also one of my favorites. Besides the pizza parlor, they have a nicer sit down restaurant and the non-pizza food is excellent too.
Pequa is Papalardo's Pizza Cove still in Massapequa? When I used to live there I liked that pizza.

If the Late Walter Greenspan were here he would remind you that Pizza Cove is in the Hamlet of North Massapequa with a Seaford 11783 zip code.
The Pie: Pizza Napoletana in Port Jefferson Village. Coal fired brick oven, thin crust, fresh mozzarella, OUTSTANDING pizza!!
Meh.
