Ben's Best in Rego Park. It is different from the Ben's chain. Ben's Best was featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives." You will need them to roll you out of the place.
So many? I cant find one. South Shore of long island...there are none. Im talking about slopping wet corned beef, great pastrami, and surly waiters. I dont want faux Jewish. I want real stuff like you get in Brooklyn and Queens...years ago. A good kosher hot dog. Good deli meats.
And where can you get a good jewish appetizing store...with all the good lox and herring.
