I am thinking of getting FIOS but I need to know which TV package has MSG Network HD. Can't get a straight answer from Verizon - online pdf says TV Prime, chat agent says they don't have it, 1-800-Verizon says TV Extreme. Anyone have FIOS and MSG HD?

Thanks in advance.

prime should have it. I had to go with extreme hd because I wanted NHL network, which prime does not have. might want to check the nfl network too if you're interested in that. I think I pay $10 extra per month for extreme, but I also have 25/25 Internet with that.

Prime has it but you don't have to get the 25/25 package. I have prime with the base package and it works fine. I am still amazed that people pay for that much speed to a CO and no where else.

if you read my reply, I said I wanted NHL network and that was only on the extreme tv package, and if you upgrade to that package they upgrade the Internet speed as well. I didn't have the option of just the tv upgrade.

Thanks for all the replies. I finally did find the channel listings on Verizon's webpage explicitly showing MSG HD is available with the TV Prime package.

I ordered it yesterday and my monthly charge before taxes, fees and surcharges is $93.97 for triple play, 50/25, one dvr, one HD set-top box, TV Prime with Showtime. With the $300 VISA prepaid spread out over 24 months my monthly bill is $81.47.

My cablevision bill for the above equivalent is $120 going to $125 after the new online charge kicks in.

Got the same deal although I bumped up to Extreme for the NFL network. I did not get the better internet though. Got the $300 gift card as well.

Will save around $70 a month compared to Directv/Optonline/Vonage.

Some extra savings and the higher speed came from being a Verizon wireless subsriber and applying for One-Bill.
