Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for co-op / condo communities in Ronkonkoma. I'm looking for something under $200k, which I know pretty much leaves me with a studio, which is fine. I'm tired of digging around countless sites that either make you pay to see all the information on a property, or make it hard to figure out where the property actually is.

So I figured if people could suggest names of specific complexes then I can try going to their direct website, or calling them directly. The only one I know of is on Ronkonkoma Ave down towards portion, but I'm sure there are others.

Info greatly appreciated. If I don't get out my apartment soon I will likely go mad.

Not a studio. You can get a 1 bedroom in Nob Hill or Birchwood in Oakdale (I would stretch out a bit from Ronkonkoma, plenty of condos in the area although the latter are actually co-ops). There are people in Nob Hill listing from 205K down to 190's for one bedrooms.

Nob Hill in Ronkonkoma might be a possibility for you. There are two complexes with slight differences, but by and large the place is run well enough, including grounds maintenance. Had a rental there and used the occasion to learn more about it.
