Looking for a place that does knife sharpening Suffolk

Yeah it was just a suggestion. I am partial to my Shun knives.. they have a narrower angle so they are sharper through harder cutting like between bones. Plus the sharpening is a nice touch.

Shun knives are Japanese? I would consider those because I heard Japanese knives are very good quality.
