Are you talking about him stating the economic reality that they will need to increase their output if they are unable to sell the property?

Seems to me Singh is doing what any businessman...(Capitalist) would do to succeed and make money. Do you want him to continue less production and incur losses? Would you?
Once the place is sold everyone will then be complaining about the 1000 extra cars in the neighborhood.
Gee...I wonder how many of these complaining residents were living there before Oak Tree Dairy began in 1941?

1,000,000 half pints a week = 62,500 gallons shipped in a week. That's anywhere from 5-12 milk tankers coming in and more refrigerated trucks going out. Bringing the factory up to full production means more jobs.

Condos bring about more people, traffic, demands on services and a block of NO voters for school budgets.

I read the article and the owner's tactics sound dirty and bullyish.
