A lot of 112 towns are messed up, your right about Holtsville and maybe Selden should go above Terryville? Seldens the closest town to Terryville and they have some worse areas in the neighborhoods also but Uptown/PJS/Terryville beats the criminal element from Selden or Centereach bar none.
If you analyze 11776 which is Terryville and PJS, you have the lake streets. As you go up and down those streets you have a few spots that have had many drug busts and we're not talking about marijuana. Selden has a few parts north and south of 25. In centereach, around Washington Ave (white castle) and on the lake grove border/south of 25 there are some issue. All 3 are close but Comsewogue has been dropping off and by the bowling alley it has been getting worse and worse. Middle country district is at least maintaining even though it is an average school.
Per the signs I think the NE part near Nicollls and the LIE is BHaven.
I'll take a closer look next through. Cute neighborhood.

I'll give it a look next time through. I forgot they are a HOA. i thought the signage looked like BHavens but it may be theirs.
If that be the case I wouldn't include Holbrook on this list.
