Hey, anyone live or know anyone lives there with kids? We do not have children yet but we are planning on starting one soon. The parking/garages are far away from the particular unit we are interested. Just wanted your thoughts...

This is a great part of Roslyn for that price point. You can walk to downtown and you can walk to the train. You are also close to the library, the pond, the park/playground. The only downside is the units are obviously small. Very safe area and great school district.

Also, how do you know the area? Live/work there? Family? Friends?
