Hi there,

I'm hoping some of you can give me some recommendations for some apartment complexes. I haven't moved in almost 10 yrs and am out of the loop. I also have never lived in a complex before, but I think I'd like to try it.

I need a 1BR, pet-friendly apt that is QUIET, under $1300 a month, and that will be private. By private, I mean I am tired of my landlady... (who shares the house I currently rent with me) I need someone who will stay out of my business and not constantly be in my face or calling or texting my constantly.

I am a quiet tenant who is also disabled and works from home. I also need to find something as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

A complex will be hard with that budget. The cheapest I have seen is $1400. Also keep mind utilites and cable are generally not all included in complexes.

Complexes will also want paystubs to show proof of income- usually 4.
